We are certainly at unprecedented times. I’ve made a personal commitment to practice self-isolation and it has its challenges, but at the end of the day, it is for the greater good and it’ll give us a fighting chance.
The sooner, the better! At the moment, I am not practicing and it has been hard. I love my job as a massage therapist and the routine certainly has been different, but I know it is for the best.
In response to the COVID-19 situation, I have been monitoring the situation on a daily basis and go by the recommendations of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Although I am taking massage therapy appointments into April, that may change depending on the situation and I will continue to update you all as much as I can!

In the meantime, I will be providing online consultations for stress and pain management. These consultations can include self-care exercises that include stretching, self-acupressure, and remedial exercises you can do on your own time from the safety of your home.
